We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, from the spotlessly clean rooms to the well-kept hotel facilities. The parking was convenient and easily accessible using our room key. The location was perfect, just off the beach and close to the tram line , made exploring the city hassle-free. The breakfast was amazing, with delicious options.

Great location, close to many attractions and the tram stop. The pool area was clean and never crowded. Lovely promenade for walks.
No fridge in the room, which would have been helpful in the hot weather. The hotel restaurant was disappointing and overpriced.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right on the beautiful San Juan beach. You can literally walk to the end of the drive and have the beach right in front of you. It's the perfect spot if you want to be in direct touch with nature. The tram stop is also just a 5-minute walk away, which makes it easy to explore the city or go up the coast. The rooms are comfortable and the service is friendly and professional. The breakfast has a wide variety and the food in the restaurant is of very good quality.
There were no English news channels on the television and only one entertainment channel in English.

The beach is just a short walk away, making it convenient for a quick dip in the ocean. We enjoyed renting beds on the beach and soaking up the sun. The location of the hotel is also great, with a supermarket and bakery nearby for convenience. Plus, the tram that stops in front of the hotel takes you to Alicante in just 20 minutes.

The hotel is conveniently located right on the beach, making it perfect for beach lovers. The rooms with balconies offer stunning views and the basic amenities are provided. The breakfast, included in the price, offers a good variety of options for every taste.
Room bathrooms need to be refurbished and there are no tea or coffee facilities.
